Metropolia is a residential development at Anniņmuižas Boulevard 38 in Imanta. The ensemble comprises five 18-storey buildings designed by SIA KUBS and architect Zane Kalinka for AFI Europe Latvia.
Apartments range from 39 to 120 m² and include balconies, with terraces provided for selected first-floor and top-floor homes. Landscaped grounds, children's play areas, a basketball court, a health club and parking partly located underground support everyday residential use.
